Orders & Processing

How long will my order take?

Each garment is printed on demand. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your region:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days after production
  • New Zealand: 7–12 business days after production
  • United States: 3–7 business days after production
  • Canada: 5–10 business days after production
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days after production
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production

Note: Times exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because production begins quickly, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once they are in progress. Please double-check your size and details before confirming checkout.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available Printful facility to ensure faster, tracked delivery and reduced shipping costs.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary by region and are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds apply as follows:

  • Australia: Free over $120 AUD
  • New Zealand, United States, Canada, UK & EU: Free over $150 AUD
  • Rest of World: Free over $180 AUD

Standard and express options are available in most regions.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the first scan.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

For some international orders, customs or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Logos Threads.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you offer?

Most garments are available from S–3XL, with select items offered in extended sizes. Check our Sizing Guide for detailed measurements.

How do your garments fit?

Our apparel has a premium streetwear cut with a true-to-size fit. For a relaxed look, we recommend sizing up.


Products & Care

What materials are your garments made from?

Most pieces are made from premium cotton or cotton/poly blends chosen for comfort, durability, and print quality. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page. See Materials & Care for more information.

How should I care for my apparel?

  • Cold gentle wash, inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Warm iron, avoiding direct print
  • Do not dry clean

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.


Brand & Mission

What does “Logos Threads” mean?

“Logos” means “Word” (from John 1:1). “Threads” represents clothing. Together it’s our mission: Wear the Word.
