1. Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Logos Threads, a brand of Star Enterprises AU. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not use our website or purchase from us.
2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian to use the Service. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction by using our Service.
3. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason. We may cancel orders that involve suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
4. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision making. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
5. Orders & Fulfilment
All items are made to order via our fulfilment partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days (see our Shipping Policy for details). By placing an order, you authorise us and Printful to print, package, and ship products to you on your behalf.
Orders may be automatically routed to the nearest available fulfilment facility (e.g., AU, US, CA, UK/EU, or other regions) based on stock and proximity. In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless explicitly stated.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. If your payment is declined, we have no obligation to fulfil the order.
7. Shipping
Estimated shipping rates and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery time is outside our direct control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

8. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted gifts. We do, however, replace or refund items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect compared to your order.
Eligibility, timeframes, and instructions for submitting a claim are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Product Variations
Colours, sizing, and printing may vary slightly from images displayed on the website due to screen settings, production tolerances, and print methods (including DTG and DTF). A variation of approximately 1–2 cm (½") in garment fit and minor differences in print feel or shade between fulfilment batches or regions are considered normal and are not defects.
10. Discounts & Promotions
From time to time, Logos Threads may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers. Each promotion is subject to its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and many are valid only for a limited period. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, text, and content on this site are the property of Logos Threads and/or its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent.
12. Third-Party Services
Our Service uses third-party platforms such as Shopify (e-commerce platform), Printful (fulfilment provider), payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal), analytics tools, and advertising platforms. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of their services.
By using our store, you also agree to the applicable terms of those third-party providers where relevant (for example, Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).
13. User Comments & Feedback
If you submit ideas, comments, reviews, or other content to us (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant Logos Threads a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and adapt such Feedback for the purpose of operating and improving our brand and Services, without any obligation to compensate you.
We may monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms.
14. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logos Threads, Star Enterprises AU, and our directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of any product.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logos Threads, Star Enterprises AU, and our affiliates, partners, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may also terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive the termination of these Terms.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Logos Threads regarding your use of the Service and purchase of our products.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
21. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
