Logos Threads Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Logos Threads garments are printed to order via Direct-to-Garment (DTG). Production begins shortly after checkout to keep waste low and quality high.
Processing Times
- Production: 2–5 business days (may extend during peak seasons).
- Orders begin production soon after purchase; changes or cancellations are rarely possible once processing starts.
Delivery Estimates
- Australia (AS Colour fulfilment): estimated transit 2–6 business days after production; shipped locally for faster delivery.
- Worldwide (AS Colour / Cotton Heritage fulfilment): estimated transit 7–14 business days after production; orders are fulfilled from the nearest available Printful facility to reduce time and cost.
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs, or local events.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your region and order total. Where possible, orders are fulfilled locally to reduce both cost and environmental impact.

- Tracked Standard (2–6 business days): $13 AUD
- Express Tracked Courier (1–3 business days): $19 AUD
- Free Tracked Standard on orders over $120 AUD
New Zealand 🇳🇿
- Tracked Standard (7–12 business days): $16 AUD
- Express Tracked Courier (3–6 business days): $26 AUD
- Free Tracked Standard on orders over $150 AUD
United States 🇺🇸
- Free Standard Domestic Shipping on all orders.
- Orders ship from US fulfilment facilities for faster local delivery.
Canada 🇨🇦
- Tracked Standard (5–10 business days): $15 AUD
- Express Tracked Courier (3–6 business days): $23 AUD
- Free Tracked Standard on orders over $150 AUD
United Kingdom & Europe 🇬🇧🇪🇺
- Tracked Standard (5–10 business days): $17 AUD
- Free Tracked Standard on orders over $150 AUD
Rest of World 🌍
- Tracked International (10–20 business days): $23 AUD
- Free Tracked International on orders over $180 AUD
All services include parcel tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link once your order ships.
Tracking
- A shipment confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order dispatches.
- Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to appear after the first scan.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected by Logos Threads.
Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately (e.g., from different facilities/regions). If this happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking link for each parcel.
Addresses & Delivery Issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address: Returned parcels can be reshipped once postage is repaid. Please double-check details at checkout.
- Unclaimed deliveries: If a carrier returns a package after delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
- PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers: Supported where the carrier allows.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the last scan or delivery. Include your order number, any carrier case reference, and photos (for damage).

Production and carrier networks may experience delays during busy seasons. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.
