Logos Threads Shipping & Delivery Policy

Logos Threads garments are made to order using premium production methods tailored to each product type.
Depending on the item, your order may be produced using:
- DTG (Direct-to-Garment printing) — used for most tees, hoodies, and sweaters.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film transfers) — used for selected garments requiring enhanced colour vibrancy or durability.
Fulfilment is routed automatically to the nearest available production facility across Australia, the United States, Canada, the UK/EU, and additional partner regions worldwide. This keeps delivery times fast, reduces shipping costs, and minimises waste by producing each item only when it’s ordered.
Processing Times
Production begins shortly after checkout. Estimated production windows:
- DTG / DTF apparel: 2–5 business days
- Hoodies & sweatshirts: 2–6 business days
(Production times may extend during peak/holiday seasons. Because fulfilment starts quickly, order changes or cancellations are rarely possible once processing begins.)
Delivery Estimates
Transit times begin after production is completed. Orders are automatically fulfilled from the nearest available Printful facility to ensure faster delivery and reduced shipping costs.
- Australia: 2–6 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs, or local events.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your region and order total. All prices are charged in AUD, and international customers’ banks will automatically convert currency at checkout.

- Tracked Standard (2–6 business days): $13 AUD
- Express Tracked Courier (1–3 business days): $19 AUD
- Free Tracked Standard on orders over $120 AUD
- Orders ship from AU fulfilment facilities.
New Zealand 🇳🇿
- Tracked Standard (7–12 business days): $16 AUD
- Express Tracked Courier (3–6 business days): $26 AUD
- Free Tracked Standard on orders over $150 AUD
- Orders ship from AU fulfilment facilities.
United States 🇺🇸
- Tracked Standard (3–7 business days): $14 AUD
- Express Tracked Courier (3–6 business days): $22 AUD

- Tracked International (10–20 business days): $23 AUD
- Free Tracked International on orders over $180 AUD
- Orders ship from the nearest facility with available stock/production.
All services include parcel tracking. You’ll receive your tracking link once your order ships.
Tracking
- A shipment confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order dispatches.
- Tracking activity may take 24–48 hours to appear after the first scan.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected by Logos Threads.
Split Shipments
To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately (e.g., from different fulfilment regions). If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
Addresses & Delivery Issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address: Returned parcels can be reshipped once postage is repaid.
- Unclaimed deliveries: If a parcel is returned after failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
- PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers: Supported where the carrier allows.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the last scan or delivery. Include your order number, any carrier case reference, and photos (for damage).

Holiday & Peak Periods
Production and carrier networks may experience delays during busy seasons. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.
