Logos Threads Return & Refund Policy

Every Logos Threads piece is made to order using premium blanks and DTG or DTF printing. Because items are produced specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted gifts. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right — see the eligible cases below.


Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We’ll replace or refund an item if it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Defective (print fault, fabric flaw, stitching issue)
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item, size, or colour delivered (different from what was ordered)

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  • For transit damage, please include photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
  • In some cases, our fulfilment partner (Printful) may request additional information to process the claim; if so, we’ll contact you for further details.

Not Eligible

The following are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong size
  • Normal wear and tear, washing or drying damage
  • Colour differences due to screen/monitor settings
  • Minor manufacturing tolerances (fit can vary by ~1–2 cm / ½")
  • Minor variations in shade, texture, or print feel between fulfilment regions or batches
  • Differences in print feel or finish between DTG and DTF print methods
  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Request a Replacement/Refund

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via Contact Us.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item (and packaging/label for transit damage).
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost, or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: In most cases we don’t require returns for defective/damaged items — photos usually suffice.


Refund Timing

After approval, refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Address Issues & Delivery Attempts

  • Wrong / incomplete address: If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once postage is repaid. Please check your details carefully at checkout.
  • Unclaimed packages: If a carrier returns a package after missed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Production begins quickly after checkout. We’re generally unable to change or cancel an order once it’s in progress. If you’ve just placed the order, contact us immediately and we’ll try our best to help before production starts.


Exchanges
